Denise Craine, CAE — President

Your Secretariat Central team is led by Denise Craine, an experienced association and board management executive who brings over 25 years of expertise in areas ranging from strategic development and fundraising to governance, education, marketing and office administration. In addition to helping associations and societies streamline efficiencies and grow, Denise has extensive volunteer experience working with Alzheimer’s patients and older Canadians and sits on the board of the Family Councils Ontario. Marilyn Sinclair is one of Canada's top women entrepreneurs and brings her expertise in bilingual content (French and English) to association and charity management in the healthcare area.

Marilyn Sinclair, B.Sc., MBA — CEO

Marilyn Sinclair is an accomplished entrepreneur and community leader. Named one of Canada’s Top 100 Women Entrepreneurs, Marilyn has founded several successful businesses, including ALL ABOUT WORDS, Secretariat Central and CME Solutions, named “Best of the Best Agency” under her leadership.

Marilyn has spearheaded and managed many not-for-profit initiatives, including Liberation75, the largest Holocaust education event in the world. Amongst many leadership positions, she is Co-Chair of Steven Spielberg’s Council of the USC Shoah Foundation, Past Chair of the Neuberger Holocaust Education Centre (Toronto) and Co-Founder of Dialogue for Descendants (D4D). She proudly served as Canadian representative to the Claims Conference Board for 4 years.
